1. Job security is very very volatile and if you are even once in the bad books of your manager consider your career in company is likely to end and you will not get promotions and PLRs. 2. The management is bias and your manager will not ask your side of the story if you are accused of something. Highly judgemental. 3. The company does not truly care for it's employees well being though they have programs for it. Work life balance doesn't exist. 4. Because of poor work culture and unreasonable work life balance the attrition rate is always high

Job security and career growth is not possible with the company. Middle Management is worst and do not support the juniors and seniors. there is no job satisfaction and all the time the employee feel insecure. No holiday and long working hours is very bad thing in the company.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
