Some of them stop L&T facilities to provide employees. Only known family members recruitment by some HR. No link between HR & project management. if HR decided to terminate, they will not consider your previous performance & management reference to employee.

Salary only comes on 28th only one good thing remaining all worst condition. Only i will give EMI that's why i am here only.

Working culture worst, manager & supervisor role like king & selves role. Year wise increment also worst 800 monthly last time increment of mine. Family get together & picnic only on paper, Personal harmony lost .

On time salary. Food, medical facilities. Culture depends on team. Some teams are good and some are bad. Now your luck.

South people has been more prefferable to higher managememt. Increment is too low. In probation period no leaves. Performance bonus is including in CTC. It will be paid to you on the month of july. If you put resign then u cant get your PLR amount.

No work life balance, Average hike in salary (not applicable for all) No promotion due to internal office politics Big gap between what is actual in reality and what promised. No skill development scope (not applicable for everyone) No leave, no weekly holidays
