...en benefits to its employees in the terms of Learning and Growth is very superb. Work life balance is the small kind of issue, but that also be hidden under the pay scale and other benefits given by company.

Job security was quite good, corporate work culture is very good but in site work culture is not good, company policy is very good but implement process is bad, salary disbursement timing is fantastic, Management was very endorsement in pandemic, employee re-hire policy is also good here.

...st in our site level. At site level work life balance is below the zero level. Salary Structure/ Increment/ salary revision is very Bad. In this Digital time manual approval process is too much lengthy. Friendly atmosphere is not available to share anything about personal or professional due to protocol. Now after pandemic management has launch too much manual work with same manpower, which resulting we are facing too much pressure, stress and health issue also attract.

...les. But generally, the company is flexible in terms of carrying out the work. One thing which is demotivating the senior employees is hiring new people with higher package.
