The skill development was really awesome.

Working culture, balance between work & family were not properly maintained nor implemented for people who are deputed in project location. The compensation / Benefits were not reached to everyone. The decision were taken by Key Accounting Manager of the project. Hope it has to be taken care by HR team.

The assurance for your job is the highlight of L&T. They haven't let people suffer even in Pandemic.

...me senior management needs to be corrected. They are poor in handling man power. Compensation paid to the contract employees is very poor.

Management is very transperant. work culture is excellent.

Salary when comapred to similar industries seems to be very less. Bell curve methodology for Appraisal need to be reconsidered. Above are the major reason for dissatisfaction.

You will learn a lot in this company. But salary is not too high for the less experience or DET or GET. Standards are quite high in this company when it comes to requirment. You can give a try

Culture, learning and security wise it is a very good co.

Compensation and benefit is terrible. Carrier growth and opportunity is also very slow. Appraisal policy is very much unprofessional. Management do not value an individuals' unique strengths. If somebody is in a slow track, he will hardly get chance to come back to the fast track and it is completely based on the boss's mood not based on the individuals' performance. Allowances are not at per the market situation. Hardly get any chance to foreign travelling.
