The main positive aspect of working at Kyyba is the compensation, which aligns with market standards. I cannot provide insights into the office culture and workplace environment as I worked remotely.

Dislikes

Apart from the salary, the work-life balance at Kyyba is unsatisfactory. Job security is non-existent, as I was hired to work directly under a client and was asked to leave the company once the billing for the client was completed, effectively making me a contract employee. This behaviour is particularly disappointing for a company that prides itself on a retaining empliees even during the COVID-19 pandemic. I am unable to comment on promotions. As for company culture, there's a lack of direct guidance from managers and team leaders, requiring employees to independently manage their tasks. Despite claims to the contrary, micromangement is prevalent. Additionally, Kyyba is primarily a staffing and recruiting company, thought they present themselves as a tech company. Developers should be cautious if they receive a call from this company to avoid jeopardizing their careers. While the work hours were flexible, the limited time allotted to complete tasks often required us to extend our efforts beyond the standard eight-hour workday.

No proper increment in salary. Skilled workers are moving out of the company due to this. Also management not considering the concerns of employees seriously and giving false promises to keep the employees with them

Nothing to say that employees who works likes this kyyba. Overall a worst place I have ever seen. All employees are frustrated and don't like this place.

Who likes a small team, our hard work needs to be recognized. this is a very good place. A reasonable request is accepted by the company . I enjoyed, Yes I will recommend to others (Job security is reasonable )

You can easily manage your work life and personal life. Work environment is good. It's just my manager is mostly into micro management which makes my work life irritating. But the managers of other teams are really good and supportive.
