Except date of salary nothing is to like in this company... Company management is soo dumb... They don't know what is beneficial for this company. HR team and HR policy is soo worse delay in 1min leds 5min of salary deduction also many pathetic policies.. even they charge for tea.. If your college are well experienced and educated then they will support you on your work.. Cheap to cheap level of politics ....

One things only, they pay good salary and timely salary on every month on or before 6th.

Its just like a parliament, lots of lots of politics. Management is pathetic, they take employee feedback from there 3/4 spoons and your career depends on their feedback. No culture like an MNC, just using the name of a renowned multinational brand. No working documented policies. HR team is pathetic, they pass only negative feedback to the management. Hou can take sick leave if you are sick only, orelse pay it from your pocket. The managers their lack basic fundamental knowledge but they are surviving as they are boss ear fillers. Not recommended to work here.
