... employees. there only load unload work .... Like vmc , BTA, casting department. Salary and career both are slowly grow. From first day start your job and get machine. Have no proper training. Salary will provide low compared to local company. Senior local employees behaviour is very bad for other state employees

Job security if want, dont think about this. last 1.5 year , employee attirtion is about 50%. Technical machines are less hence cannot learn about technical parts. no training will be provided, company thinks that training wont improve the work std
