I have worked 13 years for Kyb Conmat Pvt. Ltd, but I don't feel any time I will loss my job. Company working culture is very cooperative. I have learn so many things.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Working here is like working with one big family. Politics exist. Salary and appraisal depends on your performance and equally on your chemistry with the authorities ( your HOD and the MD ). Learning depends on your department and it’s work people. In some ways it is limited as more focus is out on production targets. Seldom programs are held for employee development and knowledge gain. Many CSR activities to participate in.

Dislikes

Compensation depends on your chemistry and social status. Work pressure is put where you work extra hours without getting paid ( officially ). Male egoistic culture tight from the head of chain. Managers here are not educated well enough. So they cannot focus truly in innovation and growth. No on-job training and seniors have to guide.

One should avoid joining KYB Contact . It can spoil/ Ruin your carrier

At the joining salary was offered 6.25 lac/annum RS package. But there are lot of hidden incentive and approximately 1.2 lac/ annum was hidden and not given ...too.much cheating is there in salary...

There are many likes actually; 1. It was my first ever job so I got a really good initial career boost and exposure.Good geographical sales exposure and corporate exposure for future career growth and opportunities in and out of the organisation. 2. Transperent work culture as you get to work with the GM and VP Marketing directly as I was in sales, so their experiences really give you the good industry insights and understanding along with the quality work guidance. 3. A good caring organization as well, even though I never needed any additional help but I've seen the organisation supporting the employees through their thick and thin.

Dislikes

No certain dislikes but yeah as it's a growing organization there are certain workflow challenges you'll face, but what's more important is that the organisation is striving for a continuous improvement and hopefully that shall change in the future.
