The company is small scale company, my joining and company transforms into private limited company are same time. So it's my pleasure and dutiful to work hard to achieve success for the growth of company. As a result, I get to travel abroad (OMAN) with my team also being internshiped for 6 month, and we work happily in collaboration.

As I earlier mention that company is new to private limited type entity, so that work is double hence I have to act as a site engineer at the same time due to lack of employees again act as a technician but the compensation was same.
