Salary wise little bit compromise other than that it is good with organisation

.... Employee pay structure not uniform. Less experienced getting more sometimes. No negotiation for salary. Leaving expensive.

Nothing here to like rather than Indian colleagues.

Work wise experience was very good location wise its very difficult to survive in 50°+ temperature on site salary was on time yearly 1 month vacation end of service benefits was satisfactory, overall it was a good experience.

Dislikes

Weather was very harsh and lot of Nationality discrimination you have to survive on your own if you are working with arabs

5 days a week and no overstaying after duty hours

Dislikes

Salary is very less. No overtime for expats. Partiality in bonus and appraisal between expats and kuwaiti. No training programs for expats. Only paper work no technical job. No food facility in company. No transport and accommodation is provided by company. Company is workin in very old system of communication with other departments.

I have a bad experience after working with them fo along period they don’t pay me all my money However I sawed at court and finally I win the case

Personal dept are very bad they treat non Kuwaity different that the kuwaity
