Hiii, i monika verma. Kuwait Airways staff, i got stuck in India due to the pandemic and meanwhile my visa got expired. I m waiting for the support of kuwait Airways to take some action for my visa renewal or issue me new visa, so that i can reach kuwait and continue my job.

It was my first time working outside India and it was excellent work experience with kuwait airways. Talking about job security first of all no company give job security it depends upon your working skills .Working with the staff was good and very comfortable . Overall management is good and company policies are good . If I get chance to work again with Kuwait Airways I will definitely join immediately.

Very bad department. Management is so cruel. Any small mistake they will give u big punishments. Like they will tell u to stand 8 hours in out side under aircraft in 55 degree temperature. If we complaint higher authority that won't work. Legal department is waste
