Other colleagues in the company were good, always helpful, helped in any scenarios if you're stuck into. Some of the Senior management was also good, always listened to the problems we faced while working on the product.

Dislikes

The founder and co-founder level members were never understanding, they were like Jackals, when you join the company, they behave very nice, after 2-3 months of work, they will start showing off their real identity, they are owning the company, but doesn't behave like a boss. Never appreciated with the work you do, Always complaining, If you re lacking into something, they will just blackmail you for firing you from the company, but will never give you the points where you can improve. Always back-biting about the employee to others and always lie in front of you. Also, there won't be any fun activity in the company to give the employee any relaxation from work. All they do is to grab alcohol and party.

Likes

Co-workers are good and polite and very helpful but it depends if they are on the same level as you. Some of the senior employees are also friendly and helpful. Getting time to time breaks from work is a good thing. Apart from that I couldn't find anything that I would like working over there.

Dislikes

# Co-founders monopoly against associate and junior level employees. # they will call you even on Saturday and Sunday to work, even if that task can be done on workdays. # The senior officials doesn't care if you or your family in going through any serious medical situation. They will still want you to come at the office and work. # If you're really undergoing through a serious emergency or situation, they won't care about it all. Also, if your leaves extend a bit, the reporting manager will call you and start threating you that you'll lose your job by either they fire you or they will put a pressure on you to resign. # They don't have any work policy fixed, some people likes to work from home, while some works from the office. # if you're working on a task and you think that you need a few new members to assist you, and if you consult the same with your project manager, and then he conveys the same to the co-founders, they won't hire any new members. # They won't listen to your suggestions on improving the management or work style. # Company doesn't give any kind of good satisfaction to the employees by taking them out on a party break or a short trip. Infact, the co-founder will organise a party at his house and they play sick games, in which you're not at all interested in, and you have to play it forcefully and get insulted by them without any reason even though you don't know how to play that game.

it's a bunch of highly talented people in their respective domains and most of them were friendly and inspiring flexible working hours

Dislikes

no transparency and biased work environment no set process and no proper KT was given no career growth / work satisfaction even though there was no much work pressure it was mentally draining
