I've observed a serious deficiency in managerial skills. The manager exhibits poor management, lacks coordination, and frequently delegates their tasks onto the team. Additionally, informal communication, bias, political maneuvering, and a failure to appreciate the team's hard work are unfortunately prevalent issues. These aspects contribute to a toxic work environment that deserves immediate attention.

My Teammates and my upper Management are very supportive to me and my work. They always respect my decision. All employees are fully dedicated toward there work and 100% Also the take care every patient admitted in hospital. All Patients discharge with happy smile. All Doctor are Experts in there spacialist. Doctor have very good and polite Behaviour so you can tell your problem in easily. Owner are very Smart and Intelligence they create hospital Infrastructure like home.

Dislikes

Some people play politics with targeted person. Housekeeping staff is not Educated so some time work go slow.

This hospital gives us perfect respect based on our work and also we get proper recognition without any biasness proper work life balance and also our opinion for the betterment of the organization are mattered by the top management. we have free hand to showcase our skills in our work with innovation we want to provide in with review by top management. this organization believes in mantra " together we can grow" and executing it in true sense.
