The communication is like ladies gossips. Human value is missing. They donot understand human behavior science. There is Yesman philosophy. Use and throw methods in human treatment. Lot of non compliance. Rigid ,old norms to retain persons as and when required. Training is missing.

Kutch chemical is very growing company in size and productions with 62.8Mw Captive Power plant with 270TPH CFBC Boiler And 500TPD Caustic Soda Plant, Job Security Is Good, Work Culture is average, Seniors are supportive, Responsibility is as per your designation, Average Work load,

Worst Management, Worst Company Policies, Salary structure is not standard, Safety only on Paper, Dangerous & hazardous Chemicals released in atmosphere, Worst part is Notice period, No HR Policies are in favour of Employees, Worst Canteen Facility, Increments are irregular and average, Polluted Environment, No speed Limit of Heavy Vehicals and Small Vehicals(No Road Safety), Only 3 Public Holiday, Not Follow any Standards, Company policies are frequently change without any notice to employee, Worst Notice Period,

The company is good place for learning. If you think to start your career then the company is good place to learn. Employees are cordial, helping and would you with their knowledge & experience

Dislikes

No Work life balance. Very poor pay at starting levels. Pay is good only when you reach managerial level. Good place for learning & gaining practical experience but not good for those who wish to go an extra mile in their career.

I worked there for approximately 1.6 years. When we are working in chemical plants safety should be main concern but in Kutch chemical you won't find anything related to safety . They don't even think about environment every where you find soil pollution . Let's talk about learning You will learn many things there like technical. But you won't get increment on yearly basis it's like luck if you are having good luck then as shift incharge you may get increment of 1700 Rs per month rise. In some plants it's compulsory to work for 12 hrs in Kutch chemical so it's quite become hectic .
