The company is readily adopts latest technology. Being a Project Director I have freedom to work individually. I get to travel abroad as and when require. Different employees/colleagues came from different culture, but we work altogether happily.

Dislikes

Compensation and remuneration growth is slow. At project site there is no holiday and work pressure is little high. There is no time limit to attend the meeting with the client.
