This is Kurmitar Iron ore mining private limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises, Natural Resources. Location in my home state Adani brand Good facilities for bachelor at site location

Dislikes

Adani work culture as usual is bad Everything from office laptop, software to your senior and MDM team sitting at HO, everything is there to not let you work efficiently. You have to flow against the tide. Very difficult to work here. Office location is at site, so you have to stay at nearby village Bonai which is a very bad place to stay and worse, if you have to raise your kids there. If you stay at Bonai daily travel of 3 hours. Site above hills, so remote site location No train connectivity. Nearby railway station is 70 kms away at rourkela Most of the employees from every department are worst people you will ever meet.
