New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. Getting deeply knowledge in the Kurl_on Mattresses and from this company I got the know about the latest technologies in the mattress. And I am happy to say that I work under the Kurlon company as a employee and it is a very good company in mattress.

Salary increment is very low as per the other company's so please insure that grow the salary as per the market and Mattresses are very high ranges as per the other companies as in same material which they are providing to the customers in low cost so I request to the company please de grow the prices of the mattress.

There are lot of things for dislike there specifically salary is very low in compared to other companies and no growth they changed their policies in midnight said you go and implement. No incentives No growth worst work culture
