The management in Kupsa are supportive,They have terminatec most of the employee without any solid reasons so I dont feel Kupsa is safe and secure working company. The Manager name Mr Name Mr Kishore Repe and Mohreshwar Raut are very selfish . Oveall they have spoiled company environment. But the Products are good at all.

Dislikes

The current heirarchy as Top management in India are not loyal for the company. They are selfish for bottom employee as I was ,my job was terminated without any reasons by new commer in top management in India as Kishore Repe.and Mohreshwar Raut I dont like both Manager in Pune.

Really like My Director ( Mr Pankaj Singh) the way he handles things,( all aspects) the professional way & we have been Awarded "The International Achievers Award" Thailand for the fastest growing company. I don't think have to say anymore.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
