Lot of workload and many tasks that are irrelelevant are given. Only 1 period free per day and the expectation is to correct 100 notebooks with comments. Company culture is overall fine but of politics is coming into picture lately.

Dislikes

Politics and dont get time to correct notevooks. Only 30 mins are given per day

Likes

The students are trained on skill based learning. The school has devised some amazing strategies to promote skill based and personalized learning. The teachers are trained in a professional way to get acquainted with the tools which have been specifically adopted to achieve the schools mission. Each concept is taught with a lot of research and exploration. The students get exposed to presentation skills. They know how to research and document their work. Further, supporting it by presentations. Continuous feedback by the base group and subject coach helps the student to soar high. Effective planning is taught at a very young age and the students also adapt themselves to it gracefully.

Dislikes

The whole day particularly is very hectic. There are a couple of duties which are assigned based on a roster which is created. Initially I felt comfortable in doing them but then I felt it is not something which I really wanted to do. I felt it like a burden and just had to do it to comply as code of conduct and discipline. But still it was also a learning experience for me.

Likes

It's a nice place to work and everyone is always supportive. They provide necessary training and materials for your reference as well as devices that will help you in your work.

Dislikes

The only negative point is that there is no job security. In fact they might tell you during hiring process that you will have lots of work to do and 9 months down the line they will drop the bomb on you that due to unavailability of projects they will let you go. That's why be aware that your offer letter must say you are on probation at least and not on contract.
