...this cheat company. Company have no own funding. Always depend on billing money. Company have no funding for given salary on time to employee. Even not able to clear employees F&F.

The best thing to do in the company is Transport, Stay and Juniors to learn work, Bonus on festivals, there are many facilities which are very good.

According to me, the silly people have filled the company. And he is taking good salaries, but those who are well wroth the salary are not getting them.

...4-18 hours straight in a day .Manager do not value an individual unique strengh. At the starting of every project you were promised for a high incentive and bonus but in end you will not get even your loyalty bonus as deducted from your CTC. There is laps of job security.

Company is good if you do not want to work and update yourself. Timing are good for work life balance 9 to 5.30. 2nd and 4 th Saturday leave.

... will be fustrated by regular change of management decision . Financial issues . Dont give salary on time . Dont give mediclaim. No job guarantee.

... instructions to HR head for resignation from so many people without any reason and they given only 50% salary , management is very poor, actually no one is know in the management that how to manage employees aw well as company growth, it just like ke shop of vegetables

Management is totally selfish,they not given salary upto three month during the covid , it was worst company in my job life.
