Likes

Senior people can't work,top management don't no how to behavior with senoir staff. They treat the staff as worker.and 50% of worker operator and helper are management informers.hence we can't control on workforce.

Dislikes

Every thing,what I have suggest,they talk negative,and Senior staff insulted in front of Junior staff.

Kumars forge and valves is very good place to build career. It has high quality products of Valves and forging products which includes forging as well as casting valves. Its a very fast growing company I have ever worked.Team work is the leading role in its growth. Over all good place to work.
