Likes

Senior people can't work,top management don't no how to behavior with senoir staff. They treat the staff as worker.and 50% of worker operator and helper are management informers.hence we can't control on workforce.

Dislikes

Every thing,what I have suggest,they talk negative,and Senior staff insulted in front of Junior staff.
