Salary is quite good, By giving some extra hikes they make employees as slave.

No Knowledge development. You cannot learn any new tools and techniques. Wasting time in the same applications. In Banking domain you will not get any opportunity to improve yourself. Many senior people's will not move out of the company and will stay for 20 years in the sam seats which is horrible all around 40+ age and will not allow others to grow. No work life balance at all. Women Employees think before you join. You cannot have family, you cannot marry peacefully, you cannot have kids. Totally, be as a slave for the company and work for 13 hrs per day.

Nothing is there to say about , salary will be credited on time .

... teams for 1 week , 2 week duration projects in frontend and other poc projects. very poor management , shouldn't expect salary during notice period . one of the worst company i have ever seen, Don't join here by hearing the words spoken HR about salary benefits , joining bonus, etc. Not a good place to work for experience professional, In recent times i came to know even the third party vendor consultancies who recruit candidates are not recommending this organization

I never got a chance to go to the office. But to explain in a virtual way , the department in which I'm working now is not having a proper management. I enquire about the other verticals and things are in good shape there . In any company the work culture completely depends on the PM.

The annual performance assessment and appraisal will take place on October. They'll not credit the updated salary in October and they'll settle the amount as arrears in Dec or Jan. Normally the appraisal will be in the month of March for other companies which is pretty good for a company change

Worst work culture Especially Telecom domain is the worst department if you join there people like kannan, suresh will treat you as a slave for them No humanity & no respect

There is lot of politics and management does not address our issues Salary won’t be good and they will go for bond system Once bond over they send people out. This will recruit for new pass out mostly and place them in bond for 4 year or 3 years Experience staff won’t get respect and they treat them badly
