Company is getting orders as there are not many big players to compete with them. That is why there overall business 96% is from the african continent.

Employees in leadership position has no value, as the owners insult them in open forums and meetings. Some of the people sitting in leadership position have not worked in fortune 500 companies, and they dont know how to run the organisation, these people try to dominate employees who has joined form big organisations. The appraisal system is pathetic, as the Chaiwala and the clerk will also give your feedback to the owner. This company is good to join for only those people who have worked in road side organisation, people from good organisation---beware as you will very easily get frustated. Atleast 32 people sit in a office of size 20ft by 15ft. which shows what kind of organisation it is. People reporting to the leaders also gossip and bypass them and provide information to their bosses and they tell whether what you are doing. Unbelievable. HR dept. is kept only to process salaries and nothing else.

Purchase and SCM has the most useless and self-centred managers. Do not join this company, these people will harass you till you literally cry and resign. They don't care whether you are unwell or in a problem. DO not join this company. Company is good but the managers are utter useless, they will make your life miserable. You will be working a 10 hour shift.

Good scope to develop skills. For fresher to be work at Kumar metal is like the best training place.

The company is growing day by day. I have worked for this company as an HR consultant since 2018. I have seen people get many opportunities and recruit many candidates for design, production, accounts, and purchase departments. The process here is very seamless the work goes in flow. As i have been connected to many heads of Departments and HR here they are very much supportive and have lots of patience to hear their vendors/ consultant suggestions.

I would say specifically there is no drawback but the company should do their branding, Many myths are there within the outside people that the company is not good especially the purchasing department To add company has many projects to work so there is tremendous work, i have seen the girl candidate whom I have recruited she works smartly & ready to take up challenges, at the same time I have recruited 2 male candidates they are not able to handle the workload just bcz of late seating. 1 thing is clear if a person is strong in mind and has the capacity to handle stress smartly then only he or she can work. Working without challenge & stress is of no use for growth these things are important now it depends on how you handle this smartly or if you give up by resigning from the company. I feel petty for those who quit this company in a short span just because of Stress / Timing & politics. its a game and it should be played.
