No work life balance. Very poor culture- start from upper management. After resignation they treat you like an enemy. Due to poor management & lack of resources unnecessarily employees suffers. HR is puppet of Directors. I worked there as Team leader but they provided me experience letter & relieving letter as Project engineer which is illegal & unethical just for troubling.

Nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

Toxic work environment. They will tell you that you have to design the product for customer but actually you have sell their products and complete the target. I was told to complete 25 lakhs Target in a month. Also the HR here is very rude and he will tell you to do his work too. Terrible work experience here. It was my biggest mistake to join such worst company.

Everything is dislike director and management and all external co ordination is too poor and they are lier mr tarun kuklani is also not a prompt and loyal to their commitment....fake company and management

But one bad thing is about the company that there is no flexibility in your job and assistance also not good while going to site of the company.And one more thing that there is a 24 months compulsory Bond...
