Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

There is a lot of partiality in Kuka, promotion, trainings are only given to the ones who are relatives of management. For such people even interview process is easy. Overall it’s a ‘Lala’ company. Less increment, plus no work life balance. If you complain they will not take any action.

Kuka projects is a startup where working during my tenure was great experience I learnt a lot there. One of the best thing I found there being a startup it provides a lot of responsibilities which help one to explore their skills.
