• Genuine learning environment, you don't only get to know about regular bookish concepts, but also all the "Jugaad" and inventive methods to make things works according to your needs, and guess what? They actually work! And are fool-proof! • Supportive, Thoughtfully liberal and understanding seniors. They never hesitate in talking and finding solutions to any problem you face. • Payscale is actually better than some of the companies occuring in the similar organisational-scale slot. • Organisation has an extremely good clientele and produces export level automotive components. • You get, sort of, independence in your responsibilities at work. It's like, Okay, that's the task you gotta complete in that much time. You're given authority and full control over the involved subordinates, so you'd be all hands on the deck. But you would be held accountable/responsible for any wrongdoings or ignorance. • MDs are resourceful and really attend to your issues if they're serious and worth noticing. Besides these, Lot's of little pros are there, and it's actually a good experience for a person like me.

Dislikes

• Really hurtful and intolerable language of the staff originating from local NCR region. They aren't trying to humiliate or hurt you, it's their natural language, but if you're an outsider, you will feel hurt with their words. • MDs sometimes get half or manipulated information about xyz cause involving you by some VERY SENIOR officials, and you're left defenceless in your face-off to the truth through the MDs, who might have developed a biased opinion about you in their minds. • Payscale is low, really low. Maybe atleast lower than the trend in industry. I've seen people getting paid 5x the amount I recieve, who are in the same stage and deptt. of the organizational structure I belong to, but are in a different organisation. To be honest, they aren't scamming you, it's a small-scale organization and you get paid accordingly to the revenue of the organisation. • Some (atleast one or two) VERY SENIOR officials here have become tyrannical and omnipotent. You got to consistently live under the fear of a face-off against them, even if you haven't done anything wrong, and trust me, you won't win. Either they will humiliate you by the facts, if not, then just due to fact that you're a junior, you'll have to face lots of humiliation. And they themselves always boast about their (sometimes , imaginary) sharp minds and their (sometimes, imaginary) skills, and treat you like you're an illiterate fool who knows nothing. You must be prepared to let your self-respect leave the room if you want to work here. • Everyone says "Kaam Seekho, Kaam Seekho" but anybody seldom helps you to learn. No one will teach you in the way things work here, and even if they do, it will be because they NEED someone to do certain work FOR THEIR benefit, not because they wanted to educate you about something. You'll rarely get any doubts cleared, as people are already busy in themselves, maybe due to the extreme workload they all have burdened on their shoulders. Either you learn Everything by yourself, or you're deemed unfit to be promoted, or even stay in the organisation. • Absolutely NO WORK-LIFE Balance for anyone except the higher management. In some special not-so-special occasions, I've worked for 36+ hours continuously IN THE PLANT! I mean, I love the organisation that gave me a chance to start my career, but when I work hard and harder, I need to listen to few, if not a full length speech, words of APPRECIATION and that's something that is COMPLETELY OFF THE BOOKS! It's like the song - Ya Rabba! De de koi jaan bhi agar, Seniors pe ho na, Seniors pe ho na koi asar... • Getting leaves (even for genuine reasons) is not everyone's cup of tea here, trust me, you won't get a leave untill your own father dies or if your mother is getting married. Sarcastically, maybe you won't get a leave even after that. Besides these, Lots of other cons are there, but they're minor in the scale of importance.
