I love bike IT is a main fact that I am working at KTM. I am a main part of the company to maintain documents, delivery the high quality products and has a good interaction between the customers and me.... I get to travel many place to attend the meeting, especially to the Chennai and Coimbatore. I like the employee of here.

Dislikes

Growth is good, but compensation is low. Work load is high.

1. Cleanliness of workshop 2. Skill development 3. Learning the schematics of KTM motor bikes engine

... Hydraulic and pneumatic Equipments are broken 2. Workshop isn't spacious 3. SALARY Everyone works for money, as a Technician i earn 7k monthly plus incentives "only God knows about there incentive scheme" In post covid era. 4. No, insurance, EPF, no joining or appointment latter. 5. No, PPE and Safety shoes. I gave 5 star in job security because they won't let you go, because technician aka mechanic hard to find, so job is secure🤣🤣🤣

Startup culture ..Hence very rich job role..Good pay and travel perks.Freedom to implement new activities to increase sales.Very young ( in age ) , dynamic , able peer set. Policies of companies are always win win for company and channel partners.

Very less training.Unilateral decisions taken by few at the top.

They are biggest cheater, I'm struggling for my salary, They have not paid my full salary from last 1 year, 8 month part salary They gave me after 1 year. They do cheat with customers also, they do over charging with customers. They don't have spares in stock. They don't have Mechanic for KTM, Bajaj platina mechnic do service KTB bikes these. They cheat in insurance claims with customers. I'll not recommend anyone to work or to buy from there. They are the biggest fraud. Thank you.

...p class you can learn lot of things including your behavior, work culture,etc. Salary is decent.

Too much politics from upper level management (Pune Head Office), Unskilled and inexperienced person are more Prefferd over skilled person if he is fresher. Company doesn't take care of his experienced employee who work from last 5 or 8 years.They give him too much pressure to work ,so that they can leave there job Under pressure. Only 20 to 30 person handled all over India for service. Understand the pressure. Company always favour customer even you and correct. That's main problem.
