Absolutely cool and fine

Yes one should be polite and avoid using offensive language or defame any one but honestly I don't find any reason to do so.....it was a very comfortable journey for 2 years....regards for all who met me there right from peon...pentay, cleaning personal and upto the bosses and all....I enjoyed company of all.

It was great experience while working with this company for 17 years. I never felt any stress through out the tunure.

Dislikes

Company could have grown to very high level, but due to the lack of top management, company got spoiled.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
