Pathetic management, will hold your salary hike. There's no job security there my teammates was laid off with just 1 day notice and forced him to resign. Same happened with me after a year. When they no longer need you for a project they'll terminate you. HR are not supportive at all Pallavi Gandhi, they did not do my final salary settlement on time and put my one month salary on hold. And did not provide me with relieving letter on time that caused me some problem in joining new company. Satendra and all other seniors are just doing timepass they don't care about employees well being. They will overwork you everyday and scold you for bad performance and hold your hike based on that. Worst company ever

Salary structure is good, They provide you salary above market standards just to attract then later you struggle for your next job.

Upper management is not good. Do not expect support from anyone here. If you have self respect then definitely you will not appreciate the work culture in Recruitment team, Whereas if you do not care about your self respect and mental health you can definitely join here Do not expect support from Recruitment Team or collaegues You have to behave fake in order to impress your team and managers or else you might be fired They beilive in hire and fire some of my colleagues got fired within 1 month only Internal politics is a blessing Upper management like the HR managers and Sr ones don't have ethics to speak Only in the begining when you join all sweet words you can hear later things will change... You can be peacefull and job less but do not join such organization just for the sake to have a good package you might loose your self respect and cry There are major differences in your salary packages betweeen you and your collageaus. Better to be job less and have patience and go for a better work environment rather than joining such organization.

- Too much workload. Management forces to work on Saturdays and Sundays without any extra pay continuously for months. - Employees dedication and work is taken for Granted by company management. If an employee worked 12 hours on a particular day then they will expect him to work 12 hours daily else he is not a good resource. - No work-life balance. - Stupid Senior Managers who do not have a professional way to talk. - No supports to the employees even at bereavement or if someone is in ICU, they would request you to join client calls so that Absent is not marked and they can bill the client for the day, but won't pay you for that. (This is a forced step and if the employee retaliates he is considered irresponsible and a bad resource) - CEO decisions are sudden and are not aligned with HR and other senior officials. - Most of the reviews on Glassdoor with 5 stars are fake. Fake Google reviews with names who don't even exist in the company - They changed the notice period overnight to 90 days from 60 days, making life hell for their employees

There is no work life balance in the company. They'll tell you to work after office hours., on weekends. They don't have the ethics to treat employees like human rather than treating them like money making machine. While joining they show tht this is the best company to work for then the real thing starts. Politics, no growth, zero job security, hire and fire policy. Sales and marketing manager is very arrogant and dont know how to behave. Worst experience , will make your life hell.
