...s organisation is a public limited company but they are paying salary by cash. Salary date is not fixed. About the environment that is so bad. Joking part is that organisations director he wants only female and VP she wants only male candidates.

It is not a correct place to work. Any professional or even fresher person shouldn't take any kind of work with this company. As mentioned by one ex employee, this is a fraud company. The owners aren't Ethical at all. They only want money without spending any penny. If they don't get the money, they can to any extend to abuse you, especially Mr Pravin Tayal. My recommendation to all, not take up and job with this group.

I will be learn that many off thing off this company how to work with planing and how to handle with technician and work will very fast done.

This company growth is slow not done workers payment monthly payment will be given 2 to 3 months letter only give one month payment work pressure is also high, Working hours 11hours pr day not give over time money
