Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is low. The work pressure is very high.I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend calls in the evening and some times late into the night.Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths,which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times.

No restrictions in work and any department. No boundation work and learn all departments activities.
