...e owner is terrible and horrendous. Nobody survives here for more than 2 months. They will create situations so that you will not be able to do your work and look for every opportunity to deduct your salary in someway or the other. Nobody gets full salary payment here. Simplest of things will cost you thousands from your salary. Haven't seen such horrible workplace. From maid/housekeeping, office assistant, intern, executive admin, associate advocate to HR Manager, Admin Manager, nobody is able to work here for more than 1-2 months due to work place harassment. You will see new faces every couple of weeks. Only those who are completely unaware of what goes on here will join. They take people through newspaper advertisements/agencies, make them work for some days and want (compel) them to leave without taking salary so that they can get their work done for free. Girls are mainly preferred here and the despicable owner wants them to.............. and takes a chance on all girls/women. You cannot ask for your previous month's salary which you have not received by the end of next month. If you raise your voice, you will be threatened by the monstrous owner with his personal gun and goonda and police connection. One should never join Shainelex Advisors / Innerworks Advisors / Kshetry Associates / Kshetry Hotels / Stepsworth Estates .
