Origination is nice but manger of Tele sales lead and team lead very bad

I stated my career in June 25 in this origination and I was working very hard to achieve my targets and sudden when my probation period coming to end my manger and team lead started playing politics with me their are lots of agent who gives 100 percent to achive the target and such waste manger and team leads plays a game to remove from the origination guys I suggest not to join this origination . No matter how much you gives best still they will remove you any time and their is no job security in this origination manager and team lead play a game with employees 🙏not to join this origination a genuine review iam giving you guys

People will hire you to criticize you disrespect you. People have no morlas or any professionalism. If you want to demotivate yourself please join or else happily stay where you are or search of something else but this organization

One of the team leader named guptanjali " Specifically, her tone often comes across as rude, and at times, her behavior feels disrespectful. They play dirty politics and toxic environment.

But I work is good but the toxic thing or too much that makes her brain break not working this situation the senior support but the situation toxic thing it's all nothing all good
