My team mates are good they are guided me a lot and they teached me a lot of things and about my work life is good because teaching to students is proud feeling to me.

Dislikes

I dislike in my college is administers will not give salary in correct periods.

Likes

As I worked in two spells in Mech Engg Dept.I felt less challenged though satisfied with work environment. As I felt to have broader and bigger canvass to my knowledge to improve and prove myself. I enjoyed campus life with friends , collegues and in particular with student community to build good rapport. It really helped me in my life. Thank you KCEA.

Dislikes

I enjoyed accompanying faculty and arranged many socialization projects to serve nearby villages but due to rural background of the college it suffered a lot consecutively in admissions subsequently irregular payments , not to talk of hike. Its unfortunate to see this condition only to a few branches of ENGINEERING.In this scenario to rebuild we have worked together and revived some branches also but still i can work there since its my native place. Management with good will informed to relocate myself. Thank you my team and other Dept. friends.
