We can get a multi-domain knowledge as we're given numerous tasks to look after that doesn't concern us at all.

Dislikes

No recognition to the efforts one puts in. No value to the change one tries to bring for process improvement. The top management doesn't respect it's managers and executives. Extremely poor work-life balance. Worst part is that you have to work excessively without any overtime benefits, just to be pointed out the mistakes you've done in that additional work.
