Very peaceful and work promoting environment, Principal architect is very experienced and friendly. Takes design suggestions even from juniors and incorporates it. You get to handle projects on your own and learn a lot of detailing.

Dislikes

Small scale firm, suitable to certain people are certain phases of career depends on what you are looking for.
