Accounts department is like govt. organisation won't reply to your queries, deduction as they feel no calculation sheet provide to you, salary slip won't reflect employer pf deduction. No policy two people making all the rules in process as they feel. It's not Ks arcis, its Janak & Aman enterprise, HR has no power they decide everything. Just for the sake of money don't spoil your life, no family time. If you don't follow them they will make you write your resignation or they will terminate you.

Too much work pressure, you have to do extended hours even on Saturday and Sunday. They don't even provide time to understand client just always say hurry up and don't even provide software training. They want only everyone should start working from first day of joining. Team mate don't behave in good manners.

Nothing good, it's hard to find bad company than it. Totally biased, One day aman singhal will end this company if no one will stop him from his biased and poor mindset. He always demotivate his employees.

Be careful and think many times before join this company. 95% employees are disappointed from company culture and aman leadership. I never seen this level of politics in my career .

Extreme work pressure, even working on weekend also. They consider employees as a machine to work minimum more than 12 hours every day. Management do not know how to manage the team. They are very biased among the employees. No job security at all High dissatisfied working there !!!

I like how they make you belive that this is the best company out of all outsourcing company in delhi ncr.

Some people working here for more than 2 decade they never change company nor their working method, not a employee centric company. What I have observe company is not bad but who runs it, he created the process environment as his school. They might give you work from home to lure you but you will regrate later.
