There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.

I have qualified Diploma in Mechanical engineering (Production) so I am in production department. There are no no work load. For creative person this company is good.

There are no medical facility. Salary problem No night allounce etc..

I liked nothing, Very rude people the MD, the CFO and Savita from HR they feel they are GOD. They think all the staff were purchased from slave market and treat them accordingly.

Dislikes

They very badly treat the staff who are honest, hard working and result oriented. They want people who are ready to fool them which according to them is a smart guy. They take advantage of staff who are in compulsion. Please don't join this office at cost. Begging is good rather then going over there.

It is a fair and fun place to work with plenty of opportunities for growth. Employees who leave for higher salaries are known to return to work at KRYFS because of it's robust culture and values.

If u give your full effort they never recognise. Hr policy is very bad. No growth in the salary. Vp of this company not have interpersonal skill. They talk in very bad manner. I spent 3 year mostly but no increment is there. I worked in this as like our organization but they never understand. Very bad politics is there. Underrated and unskilled employees has high salary but those have good skill are work under low salary.
