The company is a great platform for fresher belongs to mechanical engineering. A very good starting salary with provision period of half year and very reasonable increment after six month only. Salary is too less, makes you feel that you are underpaid. Work-life balance here is worst, they make you work from home too when you are on leave. Promotion is somewhat impossible here as the top management is fixed and won't let anyone to rise.

Kruger is brand name and everyone run behind brand. You don't take headache to book your sales Target.

Dislikes

Nepotism is on high level. Hard working doesn't matters. Sallery structure is vary bad. If you don't like promotion and appraisal then only you must join Kruger. After working more than 4 years, it's very critical to switch in any HVAC MNC.

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
