This company doesn't respect any of its employee or his/her work. It respects only their Degrees. There is no scope for any growth in terms of Career and Skill Development. Senior people will not give you any chance to work in your job profile. They will just involve in other work that is not related to your profile. This ruins work experience.

Dislikes

Salary is too less, makes you feel that you are underpaid. Work-life balance here is worst, they make you work from home too when you are on leave. Promotion is somewhat impossible here as the top management is fixed and won't let anyone to rise.

Kruger is brand name and everyone run behind brand. You don't take headache to book your sales Target.

Nepotism is on high level. Hard working doesn't matters. Sallery structure is vary bad. If you don't like promotion and appraisal then only you must join Kruger. After working more than 4 years, it's very critical to switch in any HVAC MNC.
