...o come to 50% to office and if fail than they will be deducting penalty as you .5 leave and loss of pay if no leave is available. if you are professional and want to join good comapany and want to work with freedom than sorry this is not good place. never never never join this comapany all hr and management comaes from micromanagemt companies in bangalore so beaware and also they dont have office in banagalore they work in we work share office and they will commit like thay are better than google which is not true. even this company hires only people who don't raise voice and by mistake if raise than they will start cornering them. it is a worst company better to go for some startup or small company

Fantastic work culture- Busy but no pressure, good salary and benefits, good to learn new skills specially if a fresher gets an opportunity.

Dislikes

No job security. I had to leave because of a bossy team lead. Finally he portrayed me in such a way that I am not fit to the job and fired. I was helpless as his opinion was the final. One bad team lead can ruin a entire team. I couldn't make it but I wish I get a chance to work along krones again. Because I truly loved my job.

Likes

Company is like a government company where your salary will be crediting on time but zero chances of growth. All the good work will be handled by Germans and only slave work will come to India team. You can't say "no" to any meeting but Germans can deny any meeting even may not join also.

Dislikes

There is no career growth apart from joining meeting and presenting new ideas which will never be accepted as all decision will be made by Germans. Company is driven by one person who behaves like dictator and no one is allowed to raise voice.

KDSI (Krones Digital Solution India) is new organization: 1. You will be hired with technical experience later you are working on those things which are internal product lines a work or skill you have to learn by yourself which don't have any value in job market. 2. You are not recognized to work you are doing. 3. Office Politics and process are not defined in current environment which causes confusion with management. 4. They call it product base company by connecting it KronesAG(Legend) but it is service based. 5. Micromanagement

I work for krones digital solutions india. i have been working here since its inception and i have been blessed with good managers, a healthy working environment and space to make mistakes and get them corrected and amazing peers.

Dislikes

I truly believe that equal opportunities should be provided to everyone and therefore, onsite opportunity should be provided to all or just an exposure too.
