Company is too negative. They terminate employees too frequently. Within 6 months after their work gets completed they terminate.

Dislikes

...ing new. Back biting. High Politics. Company does not even allow to take leaves. Even if you have EL, they deduct salary and at the end of the year, they lapse the leaves. HR department is fraud. Company is also fraud and playing with the life of their customers by using substandard edible oil and gas pipes.

Company is very supportive for employees we all get full salary of April without work and also may month salary given to us although they cut EL but yes thery provided .also sanitization and mask given to employees as well as worker. But there is also some places which need improvement like canteen .....I have seen that same person cleaning floor and distribute food that is not good dining table also not clean timely canteen worker roaming here and there that is also not good. As we all know that lockdown so it's a time to improve precautions not decrease , recently I also seen two person in single seat in bus which not allowed in lockdown time. We should take care of these type of irregularities.

Dislikes

1)Salary structure 2) many responsibilities in single man which increases errors in work . 3) management ......it's been 2 years but still I not get my confirmation letter. etc.

Good work environment , good management, salary month ending payment good company

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Company supporting me in all possible ways during the lock down as they did not impose any salary deductions, as well as post lock down proper safety measures are taken at company to prevent spread of covid-19.

Dislikes

Work to life balance is not upto the mark as employees have to spend more than 10-12 hours to complete their work. excess workload.

Nothing is good. Absolutely nothing.

Dislikes

Very bad and selfish management. No sense of responsibility. Doing business by tampering quality. Be it Edible oil or HDPE pipe they are fooling customers. I have proof to show.
