Compensation is decent , but growths is high. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 8-9 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are very good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.
