Thear is a lot ot politic and the management doesn't address our issuse Salary is low and career growth is low

1. Salary comes on time i.e., on the last working day of a month. 2. No work pressure for efficient people.

Dislikes

1. Salary is very less. 2. No trainings at customer end or anywhere else. 3. No cab service for either of the shift people. 4. Food quality is very poor. 5. Career growth within the company is very very slow due to less increment done annually. 6. Casteism is on top priority by some people. 7. No taking care or enviornment, water keeps on getting wasted. Told so many times but always get the reply like look after your concerned area rather than getting involved in other activities. 8. Nepotism within the team members.

...over time karwate hain.hafte me do se teen baar 16 ghante kaam karna padta hai. Salary kam hai 10200 inhand milta hai .canteen ka khana accha nahi hai. Over time ka paisa bhi kam milta hai aur late milta hai. Enginear gaali deta hai. Gadhon ke jaise kaam karwate hai.

No any support by senior person & very worst Culture in company....Also very very poor quality of food served in canteen and transport (bus) facility are also very bed ....

Excellent working environment & culture. Teames are full support and the management is transparent. Company policy are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and attendance bonus every month

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow
