They are blood suckers. They take work from employees but they will not pay the money to them. Least bother about employee carrier growth and their problems. They take the advantage of market drop down in the seed industry. Better to be unemployed than joining this company. No promotions, No bonus and No salary for 4-months. Taking revenge on employees because of their(MD's)personal problems throwing them on employees.

If you are a Research oriented mind, you can work freely, management provide those level of freedom here.

Dislikes

1. Irregular salary. Some specific times in year like April and November, You’ll have a 3 to 4 month of salary pending, which is very pathetic here. 2. You need to manage farm expenses from your pocket, and no assurances or guarantee when you get back this. 3. You need to manage the company bike repairing bill by own initially, and assurances of reimbursement, may take 5-6 month. 4. Many higher management personnel have their own side business in seed industry, slowly sucking out the organizational good will.

...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues . Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The best thing about company is best scope to learn lot of new concept and everyone support to new thing , company growing to innovate new crop for formers , processing wil help to maintain seed to high quality

Growth is very slow!! Salary Never comes on time.. in my 3 years experience!! No Bonuses Neither they take you on any tour!! Above all.. 3 to 4 month pending salary Never gets clear!!
