There is no proper work done duties are on paper Work done duties are totally depends on programme coordinator Assigned person work will doing another person. There is no systamatic . everyone is interefearing in every works. Concerned employee is not doing his job duties peacefully.. Hopelly give certain orders for job role and responsibilities . assign some works for some responsibile to employees through on paper then system is going smooth .
