New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Terrible company to work.

Dislikes

Plant set up is very bad. Employees behave like thugs. There is no growth in the company. There is a proper nexus within the Kris Group. Only a certain set of people who have drinks and party together rule the whole company. You literally have to follow the instructions of the Plant head there is no creativity and growth you can expect in this company. I had the worst of the worst experience working with this company.

Mr Shailesh sheth M.D ,Viresh sheth interacting with branch heads Mr Manoj mehta (blore) Most wonderful organisation no words they treated the staff as family members ...i have total mktg expertise 30+ years but after many years still have regards for the most wondrful bosses got to learn a lot .thanks to the most wonderful organisation of Kris packs in shrink sleeves started in mid 2000.
