Company is very flexible with work timings. All the projects are led directly by the Technical Architect which leaves a lot of room to learn. Employees are very helpful and friendly. The offices are extremely spacious and comfortable, comes handy when you work for extended periods of time. The higher management is great and has good vision for the company and its employees.

Dislikes

... company hence all matters are dealt directly with the directors of the company. The salary structures and appraisal cycles are extremely horrible.

No technical growth and lack of good projects. Ridiculous HR and leave policies. Terrible management and work environment. Lack of professional resources, communication and management tools.

Lack of good senior person, team lead, who can guide you even if your a slow learner. Lot of politics as senior persons want to create lobby of there own people.
