They are living in their own self world where they think only this company is world. You get totally cut from social life as they don’t allow to use phone in the office like a bpo and when you are home at day time , you are sleeping , so no relationship, no social life , no physical and mental health

It’s like a detention Centre with only boys working by cutting thier social lifes , they don’t allow to use phone . As it is a night shift , so you can’t be connected with anyone while on the job and when you are at home at day time you are sleeping . So while doing this job assume that you are living alone on the planet and the people working thier are majorly from bpo call Centre background, no growth , no self development , no work life balance as you will not be able to live alone in isolation without your mobile or anything .
